- General provisions
1.1 This privacy policy regulates the main principles and procedure of collecting, processing and storing personal data of UAB “Ogmios Astra Laikrodžiai” electronic store (hereinafter – www.sveicarija.eu) and www.sveicarija.eu customer (hereinafter – you, your).
1.2 The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is governed by this Privacy Policy, the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.
1.3 By providing your personal data in the e-shop, you agree that www.sveicarija.eu will manage and process them for the purposes, means and procedures provided for in this Privacy Policy and legislation.

However, public authorities which, under Union or Member State law, may obtain personal data in the course of a specific investigation shall not be considered as recipients of the data; in processing those data, those authorities shall comply with the applicable data protection rules consistent with the purposes of the processing;
2.4 “Third party” means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body other than the data subject, the controller, the processor or persons authorized to process personal data under the direct authority of the controller or the processor;
2.4 “consent of the data subject” means any free, specific and unambiguous expression of the will of a duly informed data subject by means of a statement or unequivocal act by which he or she consents to the processing of personal data concerning him or her;
2.5 Data subject – a natural person whose personal data is processed;
2.6 Special categories of data – personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, as well as data revealing health data, data on a person’s sexual life and / or sexual orientation.
