Terms of use

  1. General provisions 
    These Purchase-Sale Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are a legally binding document that establishes the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as “You”) and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as “We”) when you purchase goods in the e-shop “E-shop”).
  2. The moment of concluding the purchase-sale agreement
    The agreement between you and Us is considered concluded from the moment when you click on the “Order” button in the e-shop, after creating a shopping cart, indicating the delivery address, choosing the payment method and getting acquainted with our rules. Every contract concluded between Us and you is stored in the e-shop.
  3. Your rights
    You have the right to purchase goods in the e-shop in accordance with these rules and the e-shop. You have the right to terminate the contract of purchase of goods – the contract of sale with the e-shop, except in cases when the contract of sale can not be terminated, according to the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
  4. You commit
    You must accept the ordered goods and pay for them in the agreed amount. If the data provided in your registration form changes, you must inform us immediately.

  1. Our rights
    If the Buyer tries to impair the operation or stable operation of the e-shop, We may, without prior notice, restrict, suspend the use of the e-shop or, in exceptional cases, cancel the order. In case of important circumstances, we may temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the e-shop without notifying you in advance. We may unilaterally change the terms of these rules.
  2. We commit
    To create all conditions for you to properly use the services provided by the e-shop. Deliver the goods ordered by you to the address specified by you and within the agreed delivery period or serve you upon arrival in the salon. We are obliged to contact you and offer a similar product in case of important circumstances, if we are unable to deliver your ordered product, and if you refuse to accept an analogue product, we will refund the money paid to you within 72 hours if you have made a prepayment. Money is returned only by bank transfer to the Customer’s bank account.
  3. Payment for goods
    You can pay through the electronic banking system, pay in advance or pay for the goods by picking them up at the salon.
    If the goods are ordered according to a special order, the e-shop may require a 30% advance payment. The order is executed only upon receipt of payment.

  1. Delivery of goods
    When ordering goods, we undertake to deliver the goods within the terms specified in the goods card. The seller must deliver the goods to the consumer no later than within 7 working days from the conclusion of the purchase agreement. The seller and the buyer may agree on another term for the product. If it happens that we do not have the goods in stock, we will contact you and arrange a separate delivery date. If there is a prepayment, we will refund the money.
    The total delivery time of the order is determined by the longest delivery time in the order.
    The goods are delivered by the seller or the carrier authorized by the seller. The goods are delivered to the buyer’s pre-specified address and only to the place where the car can approach. We deliver all goods, regardless of their weight, FREE throughout Lithuania.
    You can also pick up goods in Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipeda in our showrooms.
    During the delivery of the goods, you must check the condition of the shipment together with Our authorized representative. When you sign the bill of lading, the shipment is considered delivered. If you notice a violation of the shipment, you must not accept the shipment and mark this on the consignment note. When you accept the goods and sign the consignment note without comments, the shipment is considered to have been delivered in order.

  1. Return of goods
    The Seller, when deciding on the issue of return of the Product, follows the 2001 June 29 By the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 “On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items”. It is significant that in accordance with the above-mentioned and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania discussing this issue, the Goods sold on this website belong to the group of goods, which (if they are sold of good quality) sellers are not obliged to accept or replace them with new goods. The Seller, however, nevertheless indicates that by its decision, the Buyer, having purchased a quality Product (s) in this online store, has the right, within important days, within 14 days. to return the Product, and the Seller undertakes to accept it if the following requirements are met:
    9.1 14 d. the term starts to count from the moment of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer;
    9.2 In order to return the Product, the Buyer must contact the Seller in writing and explain the reasons for returning the Product;
    9.3 The product may be returned only if it is of good quality, neither itself nor its appearance is damaged, it has not lost its commercial appearance, the protective film has not been torn off, and the size of the bracelet has not been changed. The product and its components must be clean;
    9.4. The Product must be fully packed and assembled, that is, it must correspond to that complete set and be packaged as it was delivered to the Buyer;
    9.5. If the Product of inferior quality or incomplete set is returned, the Seller may be required to reimburse the missing value of the Product, or refuse to accept the Product. This provision shall not apply if the deterioration of the quality of the Goods is due only to the normal inspection of the Goods.
    If the Buyer, in order to return a quality Product, does not ensure the implementation of the above requirements, the Seller reserves the right not to accept such Product (s).
    If the Buyer returns a defective Product, We undertake to accept such defective Product and replace it with a similar product. In case we do not have a similar product, We will refund you the money paid for the product.
    The right of return does not apply to the Goods, which were manufactured according to the special instructions of the Buyer. Return is at the expense and risk of the Buyer.

  1. Warranty obligations
    If the goods are defective at the time of delivery, the seller undertakes to remove them. The company UAB Ogmios Astra Laikrodžiai first of all has the right to repair the product or replace it with another product at its own discretion. If the goods are re-delivered defective or if delivery is delayed within the relevant period specified by the buyer, the buyer may: demand a reduction in the purchase price or cancel the order.
    The duration of warranty obligations is indicated next to each product in months, counting from the moment of delivery of the product.
  2. Liability
    You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the registration form. If you do not provide accurate data in the registration form, we are not responsible for the consequences. You are responsible for the actions taken using the e-shop.
    In case of any misunderstandings regarding the quality of the goods, the warranty, other questions or the delivery of the order, please always contact us (Contacts) and we will try to help and solve the problem promptly.

  1. Sending information
    We will send all notifications to the e-mail address provided in your registration form and, if necessary, contact us by the specified telephone number. You send all notifications and questions to the address or e-mail address specified in the “Contacts” section of our e-shop or call the specified telephone number.
    The Buyer agrees that UAB Ogmios Astra Laikrodžiai will have access to his e-mail address and other data provided by the Buyer (Name, surname, telephone number, etc.), also gives permission to store this data and allows the Seller to send newsletters to the Buyer.
  2. Final provisions
    The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these rules. Any disagreement arising from the implementation of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
